The Face Behind the Camera

I’m Casey, the photographer behind Infinite Focus Imagery, based in Buffalo, New York. Photography gives me a way to share what catches my attention, whether that’s the light over a familiar waterfront, the character of an old building, or someone’s expression between posed shots.

My interest began with my mother’s love of photography. Over time, it became part of how I explore and experience the world. My background in public relations and advertising strengthened my interest in visual storytelling and how an image can communicate something before a word is spoken.

The name Infinite Focus is personal. With ADHD, my attention can move in several directions at once. Behind the camera, that energy has somewhere to go. Finding the angle, watching the light, and working through a composition give me something to settle into. It’s a kind of focus I’ve found through creating.

My work includes landscapes, architecture, travel photography, and portraits, along with select event coverage, including live performances and creative gatherings. Each calls for a different approach. A landscape might mean waiting for the light; a portrait means building a connection; a performance means anticipating a moment before it passes.

Composition and deliberate color work shape my photographs from capture through editing. That attention carries into the finished print, where paper, texture, and presentation become part of how the image is experienced.

IFI is where I bring those interests together: exploring places, photographing people, and creating work that deserves a place beyond the screen.
